Project Manager Junior

Reporting to the Consulting team, you will support the team members in their work, particularly in the day-to-day monitoring of the agency’s clients:

  • Analysing client issues, carrying out audits and studies, and drafting strategic recommendations.
  • Monitoring creative projects.
  • Operational management and monitoring of French and international client projects.
  • On an ad hoc basis, providing support to communications teams in the drafting of materials and tools.

Requirements

  • With higher education (minimum 4 years post-baccalaureate), you are drawn to the world of brand communication, the marketing strategies behind them, and have a musical sensibility.
  • You are rigorous, organized, proactive, and autonomous. You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
  • You have strong analytical abilities, good writing skills, and want to be involved in a creative and innovative industry.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • You want to be part of a creative and innovative company.
  • You are curious by nature, highly motivated, and interested in music—not so much the music industry itself, but rather music as a performance driver for organizations.
  • You've already done an internship in a creative agency or advertiser in the marketing/communications department.

Communications Assistant

Sixième Son’s communications team is looking for an intern with a rather creative profile, with a ++ sensitivity to visual design and graphics.

In coordination with the Global Communication Director and the Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the following tasks:

Requirements

  • You have a higher education qualification (bac + 4/5) or an equivalent diploma in graphic design / communication / marketing.
  • You want to get involved in a creative, innovative and fun company!
  • You're always on the lookout for new developments in brand communication, advertising and the levers they use to emerge.
  • You'd like to deepen your knowledge of the world of communication, and its various forms and media (internal, external, digital communication - wordpress, monitoring, analytics).
  • You're inquisitive, dynamic, creative, highly motivated and interested in music, not so much as an industry, but rather as a performance lever for organizations.
  • You have excellent writing skills in both French and English.
  • You are familiar with image and video creation software (Adobe suite, Canva, Première Pro/iMovie).
  • You've already completed an internship involving the creation of visuals and videos.
  • You're pretty funny!

Responsibilities

  • Participation in the design of the global communications strategy.
  • Graphic design: creation of visuals for social media, press relations and events organized by the agency.
  • Video editing: creation of video communication supports (social media, showreels, website...).
  • Website updating, in French and English.
  • Participation in the organization of agency events / highlights.
  • Update internal media and press review.
  • Creation of a monthly newsletter for teams (news, monitoring, etc.).
