“Customers want to return to normal life and retail made up a big part of that life,” says Colleen Fahey, U.S. managing director at Sixième Son, which focuses on sonic branding and whose clients include Merrell Shoes, Sparkling Ice, and Shure. “The mere fact that people are feeling freer to browse, try on, people watch, and impulse shop in stores is cause for celebration.”
